Matthew Shaw - Pole Star (Live at Cafe Oto)

Released 20th March 2014 30 copies on cdr To celebrate the Spring Equinox I present for you Pole Star a new improvised piece, based on ‘Equinox’ recorded live at Cafe Oto. For the piece I used seven Fatima Oracle Tarot cards as visual prompts, hieroglyphically interpreting them into sound. The picture above is of the cards I picked out on the night.
